From the drop down menu please select the "Billing Department" and include in the Message Box all the items listed below. Missing information may cause delays.
- Customer Name.
- Account Number, when available.
- Service address.
- Date of connection or disconnection.
- A form of identificaiton. For disconnection, the ID must match the ID held on file.
- Forwarding address.
- Phone number, where you may be reached if further information is required.
Submit general requests to "Customer Support", "Repair Department", or "Meter Reading" as needed.
